History of EverMAX s.r.o. company
EverMAX s.r.o. is a purely Czech company. Founded in 2005, it develops and produces electronics. The company founders have many years of experience in this field.
2006
We have had our own quality production line for machine-automated mounting of SMD components since 2006 which has allowed us to forgo the often problematic outsourcing of this work. Now we can offer a part of our production capacity to other companies.
We supplied the complete control electronics for 14 large-scale LED displays for both domestic and foreign customers (Slovakia, Poland, and Ukraine) in 2006. By the end of the year, the overall display area reached 197.4 sq. m and the number of light-emitting diodes we control grew to 2,3 million. The most significant fixed installation was the four-screen cube at the Slovan Bratislava winter stadium.
2007
The number of realised installations of LED screens grew to 20 in 2007. The overall display area thus doubled to 393.4 sq. m when compared to the year before, and the number of light-emitting diodes we control increased to 3 416 064 (as of the end of 2007). Among the newly installed screens there was, for example, a 12.5 × 6.7 m screen in Bratislava. With 83.9 sq. m of display area, it was, according to our information, the largest fixed-installation screen in Slovakia.
2008
In order to increase quality of our electronics production, we had acquired the DEK Horizon 03i screen printing machine in December 2008.
We had a lot of success in 2008, and our production of control electronics for large-scale LED displays amounted to roughly the same as in all the previous years combined. At the end of 2008, the number of light-emitting diodes we control reached almost 7 million on a display area of 800.4 sq. m in 41 installations overall. The year 2008 also saw an increase in the number of displays installed in Prague. Displays controlled by our electronics have appeared, for example, in the Kotva shopping centre or at the Centrum Černý Most and at several other locations as well. An example of our displays in a mobile configuration could be their use in all the final evenings of the X-Factor competition broadcast live by TV Nova.
2009
We had finalised the introduction of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 during 2009, and a successful audit was carried out in December of 2009.
Among other things, we realised the installation of an LED screen unique in the Czech Republic in 2009. It was an LED screen in the form of public street lighting in the town of Cheb. We had developed and delivered the complete control electronics. The installation consists of several dozens of three-meter LED displays mounted on street lamp posts that serve to display graphics and text. The posts together form one big screen which allows for the display of interesting lighting effects along the whole street, whatever the user may fancy or wish. This project merited an article on the iDnes.cz news website.
2010
There was one part of the popular science weekly series PORT shot in our company at the beginning of 2010. It is broadcast by the Czech Television. That part focussed on luminous diodes - LED, which we use in LED screens manufactured by us.
